Spa Award Procedures
Luxury spas can self-nominate or be nominated by guests or industry experts in order to participate in the World Luxury Spa Awards™. Winners in a particular year will automatically be nominated to participate in the following year.
Nominations are evaluated by a selected global panel of independent spa consultants situated amongst 144 countries. Successful nominations will be invited to participate in the World Luxury Spa Awards. Each year 20 nominated luxury spas will win a complimentary entry into the World Luxury Spa Awards. These successfully evaluated nominations will be randomly selected. The World Luxury Spa Awards will notify these spas once the official registration poll before the particular year has closed. Further to each official entry the World Luxury Spa Awards arrange an ‘official’ and/or ‘mystery’ site visit. The World Luxury Spa Awards reward excellence within the luxury spa industry. Raising awareness within a highly competitive industry, maintaining the highest standards and building staff morale is our main aim.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE
Spas operating within the luxury niche market may proceed with participation.
CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE
In order to proceed with registration, a spa should operate within a luxury niche market and service delivery should be of a high quality.
The participation fee per spa, per category amounts to GBP370
STEPS ON HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Read our Terms & Conditions
- Complete the Online Registration Form
- Send us 5 high resolution images (JPEG format) via email at email@example.com
- Settle the registration fee within 7 working days from entry date and submit the proof of settled invoice via email.
Nominations will only be valid for 30 days after you have received an invitation to participate in the World Luxury Spa Awards.
