The architecture and interior are inspired by Moorish design, with warm tones, arches and mosaics that create an inviting ambience. Materials and details were carefully chosen to create a sense of journeying to a distant land – without leaving the city.

The spa experience starts before the very first treatment. Displays provide guidance tailored to your interests, whether you want to try a cold or heat treatment, book a drop-in appointment or enjoy a personal experience. You can also use the mask stations and choose a face mask to suit your skin type.

On the second floor, you will find the reception desk, where the spa receptionists welcome you.
Here you can quench your thirst and try exclusive skin and hair products carefully selected to give you a holistic spa experience.
The sauna is open all day, but can also be used for augfuss, a ritual performed by a sauna master. With essential oils, music and towel waving, the steam is evenly distributed throughout the room, giving you an intense and sensory heat experience.
In the snow room, you enjoy a refreshing encounter with cold, as well as a hot and cold plunge pool to promote circulation and recovery.

On the same floor, you'll find a hairdresser and wellness zone – a relaxation room with scalp massage and short treatments for hair, skin and beard.
The spa’s more sensory experiences await on the third floor. Here you can dip into a pool (5.9 m x 4 m) surrounded by Moorish niches or enjoy the warmth of an infrared sauna made of magnolia wood.

On the same floor, you can also experience rhassoul, a Moroccan clay ritual with steam and mineral-rich clay that purifies, softens and provides a deep sense of well-being.
On the fourth floor are five treatment rooms with therapists and masseurs who offer everything from traditional massages to the spa’s own signature treatments.
