Six Senses Con Dao Spa and Wellness Village

The newly opened Spa & Wellness Village at Six Senses Con Dao invites guests to embark on personalized wellness journeys and experience heritage treatments designed to instill Vietnamese vitality.

The spa at Six Senses Con Dao, inspired by the water lilies surrounding the waters, spans 1.5 hectares and features nine overwater structures, including eight treatment rooms, two VIP couple suites, the Alchemy Bar, Biohack Recovery Lounge, saunas, a steam room, and spacious relaxation areas.

The design blends sustainable materials like bamboo and teak with the natural landscape, offering a range of experiences based on the Six Senses high-tech, high-touch philosophy, combining ancient wisdom with modern techniques.

At Six Senses Con Dao, wellness is a deeply personalised journey that harmonizes sleep optimization, mindful nourishment, movement, and self-discovery. Following a one-on-one Wellness Screening, each guest is offered tailored programs such as Ayurveda, detox, sleep enhancement, and yoga retreats. Guests can indulge in traditional Vietnamese and Thai massages, as well as Ayurvedic treatments, all enhanced with advanced biohacking technologies.

The experience is further enriched with mindfulness practices, including meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, along with fitness and yoga to nurture both body and mind.
