At the heart of the experience is the longevity-focused wet spa in Chalet 1. This atmospheric sanctuary combines classic elements with innovative therapies designed to support overall wellbeing. Guests can enjoy a Finnish sauna and steam bath alongside a range of state-of-the-art facilities, all curated to encourage longer, healthier living in a calm, immersive environment.

The former salt room has been transformed into a dedicated halotherapy room, featuring heated loungers and a soothing ambience. Fine salt particles are dispersed into the air, recreating the sensation of breathing seaside air while guests relax to gentle music. This treatment supports respiratory comfort, promotes skin clarity, and offers deep relaxation without any effort required.

Further enhancing the longevity offering is the hyperbaric oxygen capsule, where guests can experience pressurised oxygen therapy in sessions ranging from short boosts to extended treatments. By increasing oxygen uptake, this therapy supports recovery, mental clarity, and overall vitality, particularly when combined with other spa treatments.

Hot and cold therapies play a key role in the spa’s regenerative approach.
