The signature experience, Wai Whakaora, is a two-hour Restorative Journey that leads guests through seven carefully curated stages. These include waterfall showers, geothermal hot and cold pools, fire and ice contrast therapy, geothermal mud therapy, steam experiences, and moments of quiet reflection. Framed by karakia (blessing) and cultural storytelling, the journey invites guests to engage with geothermal wellness through both physical and emotional restoration.
